We designed and delivered an end-to-end recruitment framework, systems, processes, content and training.
Our monthly fee for RAAS (recruitment-as-a-service) is equal to an inhouse recruiter, covering all ongoing recruitment efforts: from pipeline management and marketing campaigns to active headhunting.
In RAAS, our success fee is only due after a completed hire. Channel Engine have been paying after seeing concrete results, and have renewed their deal.
