The ChannelEngine team will grow a lot in 2021. We were looking for a partner that can help us build the recruitment engine to facilitate this growth, and bring in our most urgent hires. The challenge

Channel Engine is growing fast. They’re looking to hire 78 new team members in 2021 and consequently aiming to double in 2022. The plan for 2021:

Q1 - 27 hires: 2 leadership, 8 tech, 17 non-tech

 

Q2 - 24 hires: 11 tech, 13 non-tech

 

Q3 - 18 hires: 8 tech, 10 non-tech

 

Q4 - 9 hires: 5 tech, 4 non-tech

 

Indicated key positions: CFO, Head of Marketing, Team lead Dev, DevOps Engineer, Senior product owner

      Complete setup

      We designed and delivered an end-to-end recruitment framework, systems, processes, content and training.

      RAAS fixed fee

      Our monthly fee for RAAS (recruitment-as-a-service) is equal to an inhouse recruiter, covering all ongoing recruitment efforts: from pipeline management and marketing campaigns to active headhunting.

 
    • 3

      Success fee

      In RAAS, our success fee is only due after a completed hire. Channel Engine have been paying after seeing concrete results, and have renewed their deal.
