The challenge

After gaining a market leading position in The Netherlands it was time for their next move, expanding the platform to a new market, the UK. 

 

New markets ask for new strategies and infrastructure. Having a clear GTM strategy is paramount to make the launch of YoungOnes in the UK a success.

Missing capacity and disciplines within the commercial organisation, growth hacking, content, design, sales, RevOps and CRO.

 

ICP and value proposition in the UK not yet devised.

 

Insufficient data quantity & quality of relevant accounts and contacts in TAM.

 

Creating hyper-localized awareness (Greater London City Area), move awareness into activation & acquisition for both Freelancers (B2C) as Businesses (B2B).

The Solution

Setup phase

Kicking off with the Rocket Audit, a thorough analysis of the current data, tech stack and content. Followed by a strategic playback, database enrichment plan, growth plan and a complete content and marketing strategy: optimized and validated ICP, value proposition, and target personas; full marketing & sales plan including content strategy and planning.

 

 

Run phase

Execute and test GTM plan UK, combining sales, marketing, offline and online activities. And continuously design, build, learn through growth experiments focused on various ICPs, with a range of content assets, channels and campaigns.
